If your architect can dream it, we can build it — side returns, single storey, multi-storey, loft extensions, and basements.

Home renovation

Whether your property is just plain tired or needs taking right back to the bare bones, we will bring it up to the standard you expect.

Commercial

We will consider non-residential property projects, classes A and B. We have experience from embassies to medical centres.

Loft conversion, Chiswick

Sebastian and his team interpreted our architect’s drawings almost to the millimeter. I say ‘almost’ because a couple of things cropped up during the build that were simply unforeseeable. But I’m pleased to say that Sebastian described the challenges in non-technical terms, and presented the available options to tackle them at the same time. His swift response meant we moved into our lovely new master bedroom and en suite exactly when we expected.

Medical clinic, Harley Street

Peter and Sebastian did a wonderful job creating a new operating theatre for our consultants. The demolition was carried out on a Saturday so as not to disturb the doctors’ working week, and the new theatre had to adhere to strict building regulations and CQC requirements. They were very flexible in their working hours to fit around treatments and operations.

Attention to detail was of a high standard and the area was left clean and tidy every time which was extremely helpful and appreciated by our cleaning staff. We are very happy to recommend Pinworks and happy to discuss should it be required.

Sebastian Gogol

Sebastian has been building and renovating in West London for twenty five years. He knows the who, what, how, and why. When he’s not meeting new clients or rolling up his sleeves on site, Sebastian simply loves spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Peter Gogol

Peter has two loves — the building trade and food. After ten years working in the catering industry, he has returned to construction to join his brother in founding and growing Pinworks. He brings a deep customer care ethic with him, and the occasional fine pastry should you happen to be on site at the right time.

Planning ahead …

We’re developing a planning template for home builds and renovations, for your convenience and ours. It will cover everything you’ll need, from how to identify potential building contractors and select the firm that’s right for you, from finance to insurances, from Day 1 to the point the dust is vanished and you can put your slippers back on.
